Partial Planning & Day of Wedding Coordinator

A “day-of” coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves. But when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional on-site to ensure all those many, many details culminate into the perfect day.


“Partial Planning” is designed for the independent bride who prefers to be hands-on with her vendors and decision making. We are here to assist you with questions and recommendations for the vision you have for your wedding, but do not book on your behalf.


You might think a family member or friend can take on this task, but that can be challenging and often creates stress for you and your helpers. A day-of coordinator is on-site to manage your vendors, cue important moments during your ceremony, and then remains on-hand to direct guests and ensure your timeline appears seamless. 


All the little details that you have planned will now be in good hands with your "day-of" wedding coordinator from Dragonfly Services.  You can confidently hand your checklist(replace with “vision”) over to a professional so you can enjoy every moment of your perfect day. 



  • Highlight priorities and goals for celebration

 Week of:

  • Work closely with all vendors

  • Review timeline with photographer and details for photos

  • Confirm timeline, and significant songs with DJ and MC

  • Recheck all arrival times, specific needs, set up and breakdown

  • Ensure all vendors have updated timeline with pertinent details including arrival and departure times

 Day Of Wedding:

  • Carry out Rehearsal in conjunction with Officiant

  • On site Point of Contact for all vendors, wedding party, and family

  • Coordinate set up for ceremony and reception sites

  • Keep wedding party on task throughout the day

  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors throughout the event to ensure reception flows smoothly

  • Ensure everything is correctly set up according to the couples vision

  • Cue all formalities including introductions, toasts, formal dances, cake cutting, and signature moment

  • Coordinate arrival and departure of transportation to and from venue


  • Distribute all final vendor payments and gratuities

  • Ensure marriage license has been signed and officiant has next step details

  • Deliver gifts and cards with designated family member

  • Confirm with appropriate vendors for breakdown and rentals 

  • Organize all personal items for family to pick up the following day


Package A -  $3,000

  • Includes 12 hours of Pre-Wedding services

  • Two "Lead" Coordinators

  • All Week of services

  • Up to 14 hours Day Of Wedding services,

  • All Post-Reception services*

  • This package is designed for weddings with 200 guests or more, and with intricate timelines in mind.

Package B - $2,800

  • Includes up to 6 hours of Pre-Wedding services

  • One "Lead" Coordinator, and one Assistant Coordinator

  • All Week of Services

  • Up to 12 hours Day Of Wedding services

  • All Post-Reception services

Micro Wedding Package - Custom

  • Includes up to 6 hours of Pre-Wedding services

  • One "Lead" Coordinator

  • This package is designed for weddings under 30 guests.

Rehearsal Dinner - $500

  • Includes up to 5 hours of planning/coordination*

  • Rehearsal Dinners hosting more than 40 guests will require this service.


Post-Wedding Brunch - $500

  • Includes up to 5 hours of planning/coordination*

*Additional services per hour will be billed at the contracted rate of $100.

Contract Policy

A non-refundable "Date Hold" retainer of $500 is due with your signed contract.  The remaining balance of the contract is due 10 days before the event, with any post-event overages billed as incurred.

Travel expenses are billed at IRS standard mileage rate, current rate $.58/mile.


Dragonfly Services accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Venmo(@wendy-caron-1), Paypal, cash, or personal checks made out to Dragonfly Services. 

*A 3.5% convenience fee will be charged if paying by credit card.
